1. Approximately how much time is necessary to complete an adoption home study by your organization?
   The Family Network can usually complete your adoption home study in 4 to 8 weeks. This will depend on the prospective adoptive family.
2. Can adoptive parents use a home study completed by your organization to adopt a child born in another state?
   Yes
3. If you complete my home study, do you also have to complete my post-placement visits?
   No, this is not mandatory, however, usually the home study agency is also the post placement agency.
4. Are you Hague accredited, and if not, does your international home study comply with Hague International Standards?
   The Family Network is Hague accredited.
5. Do you have experience in completing the home study and working with international placement companies?
   Yes, we have worked with international child-placing agencies for 30 years. Also, The Family Network provides home studies for international adoptions, attachment workshops and monthly parent support group.
